ANZACATA’s 2019 symposium will be held in Brisbane in the vibrancy of Spring. The symposium is an invitation for creative arts therapists in our region to network, rejuvenate in an environment that facilitates the exchange of ideas relating to our field of practice. It will provide opportunities for us to share our knowledge and creativity with each other; our friends and family, and with the wider public.
It will be held from Friday 27 September to Sunday 29 September 2019.
ANZACATA celebrates the diversity of creative arts therapies training, practice, and community engagement that are on offer in Queensland. We welcome proposals from all regions to contribute to our creative gathering.
ANZACATA intends to hold its AGM on Friday 27 September in the late afternoon/early evening in order to keep the weekend free for creative activities, so professional members please plan ahead for this.
Festival of creativity for well-being
We are calling for proposals for innovative and engaging ‘drop-in’ creative participatory activities that are suitable for arts therapists and the general public of all ages. These will be held concurrently in an outdoor space.
