Special expertise
My practice is informed by humanistic, person-centred principles, recognising that clients are the experts in their own lives. I aim to provide a safe and collaborative space where clients can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional growth.

Beyond therapy, I am passionate about moving my body and participating in sports, including hockey and cricket. I also enjoy being in the garden, engaging in creative projects of all shapes and sizes, and connecting with nature, especially in the Port Hills.
