Creative Arts Therapies Evidence & Research Summary: Update on What the Literature Tells Us (September 2025)

In 2022, ANZACATA released an inaugural report into global research findings, specifically pertaining to the efficacy of creative arts therapies. Situated within quantitative and mixed methods research, this report has been accessed over 2200 times from the ANZACATA website. ANZACATA has now updated the research summary as the evidence base for the efficacy of creative arts therapies is growing all the time.
