This evidence-based training invites participants to explore the intricacies of family violence and men's use of violence against women, with a particular focus on subtle indicators, what interventions are available and how careful and effective responses to men are crucial. It explores the connections between perceptions about gender and violence, as well as some of the personal and community myths and excuses around the reasons why some men use violence.

This reflective practice course consists of two sessions and will be delivered face to face. Attendance at both sessions is expected. ANZACATA will provide a Certificate of Attainment for completion of this 8-hour course in Violence and Masculinity, if both sessions are attended.

Afternoon tea will be provided.
