What might happen in a Creative Arts Therapy session?

Three ANZACATA Creative Arts Therapists talk about what happens in a creative arts therapy session. People often ask: what happens in a therapy session and do I need to have artistic skills to participate in creative arts therapy? These professional ANZACATA therapists show that while no particular skill in creating art is needed, clients can gain insights into their emotional lives by engaging in the creative process with the support of a university trained creative arts therapist.
