Special expertise
I have a gentle style that I bring to my approach in therapy. Creating safety is of prime importance and essential in my therapeutic work as is unconditional positive regard and empowering my clients to find their own meaning in their artwork. I am skilled at developing rapport with clients who need flexibility in their approach and I value meeting each person exactly where they are at.

I have a background in social work and 20 years’ experience working with vulnerable people in the community sector, including those with trauma backgrounds, drug and alcohol issues, disability, and mental health issues.

I specialise in working with adults and young people with neurodivergence, trauma and grief related issues.
Additional information
I am open to undertaking group work (just get in touch to discuss) and seeing clients for one-to-one sessions both in person in my light filled home based studio in Flynn or online. Some outreach sessions can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
