Special expertise
I specialize in medical art therapy and time-limited art therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, in individual and group settings. With expertise in addressing issues such as adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, emotional dysregulation, medical conditions, neglect, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, self-injurious behaviours, and transitions.

In addition, I provide specialized art therapy services for new and expecting mothers, as well as those managing high-risk pregnancies or have gone through pregnancy loss. These sessions aim to support mental, psychosocial, and emotional well-being during a time of uncertainty, significant biopsychosocial changes, and disruptions to daily life.
Additional information
Committed to increasing mental health accessibility for overlooked communities, I offer sliding scale fees and volunteer in various settings. From online art therapy sessions for injured migrant workers to reaching out to refugees, stateless individuals, and underprivileged backgrounds, I aim to provide support and empowerment. Working with diverse cultural backgrounds including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Singapore, my goal is to promote healing and resilience through onsite and online art therapy interventions.
